Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding parts of Asia and certain remote areas):

  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95)
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

International Customers: Please note that customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our premium menswear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Important Exception: Due to hygiene considerations, items from our Nightwear and Pajamas collections cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our Customer Care team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Details of item(s) for return/exchange (Product Name, Size, Color)
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • For exchanges: specify preferred replacement details
  • Confirmation that items are in original condition
  • Your full name and contact information

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our Customer Care team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return authorization
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return mailing label (if applicable)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all tags attached. Ship to:

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our error (wrong/damaged item): We cover return shipping
  • All other returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution

Exchange Process

  • We ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
  • Standard shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Include photos of the damaged item or incorrect product
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs

International Returns

For our international customers:

  • Customs fees and international return shipping are the customer’s responsibility
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Refunds are issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
